Instructions - Instructions:

many services under these capabilities.
Vendors must provide:
Acceptance will be subject to the rates submitted as part of the rate card as well as demonstrated
experience within the case studies and referee reports submitted with your application.
Please refer to the Application Checklist and Case Studies Examples to assist you
in ensuring all details are correct prior to submitting your application.
Applications that do not address the details in the Application Checklist document will not be
processed or approved for the Scheme and will be returned to the supplier as unsuccessful. to
Vendors are able to apply for up to three capabilities and can nominate as many services
under these capabilities.
