User management

Manage users and assign roles to buyers in your agency. You can only select one role from each column below, for more information about specific roles please go to the Help Centre.

Department administrator
can create and manage users across their portfolio; can create, approve and manage opportunities; can act on behalf of other users.
Agency administrator
can create and manage users within their agency only; can create, approve and manage opportunities for their agency; can act on behalf of other agency users.
Agency settings
only department and agency admins can be assigned and manage agency settings; agency settings must be applied for each agency and cannot be applied at the department level.
Opportunity approvers
can create, approve and publish opportunities for their agency.
Identified buyers
can create opportunities for publication and approval by others.
Notice admin
can manage all aspects of a notice, but they can't manage permissions or users.
Identified user
can only create notices and edit disclosure notices; a Disclosures Identified user cannot publish a new disclosure, however they can publish an amendment to a disclosure.
