Application - SCM4466 General construction works up to $1 million
All sections need to be completed prior to submitting your scheme application. If you have applied for this scheme before your answers will be pre-populated for you and can be updated or amended.
When completing the application, you can move between sections by using the navigation on the left-hand side of the screen.
As you move through each page, you can save your progress at any time by clicking on the save button at the bottom.
Once you have completed a section use the next button at the bottom of each page to move forward. Amendments can be made prior to submission of your application.
